Rick and Glenn's Family Tree

First, my apologies for the charts.   I'm looking for software that will create images that can be read properly here.   If you zoom in to about 150%  or so, you will be able to read Rick's chart.   Glenn's is a little fuzzy.   For the legible copy of Glenn's, please refer to the table at the end of Chapter Seven.
